I love their "new" online queue. I am the type of person that just wants to walk in and get a hair cut when I finally have an opening in my schedule. Planning weeks ahead for a haircut? Why? At the same time I hate walking in and seeing a 45 minute wait. The ability to "get in line" online with no fuss is great. Staff are always friendly and great. With that said, I have a very simple "make it shorter" haircut. So take what I say with grain of salt.

I’ve been a customer at Great Clips Covington Plaza for many years now. All the stylists are “great” (pun intended), but Kayla is my go-to stylist, when available. I really appreciate the stylists no longer try to push me to buy hair products, which is another reason I’m a customer at this Great Clips. If you’re looking for a good haircut at a reasonable price give this Great Clips a try. Oh, and don’t forget to tip the stylist!
